Does someone need to be present to sign for the delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires that an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one will be home during the day.

Which states do you ship to?

Due to state-specific regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol, we currently ship to most states in the US. However, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please check our shipping map at checkout for the most up-to-date list of restricted states.

How are the beer baskets packaged to prevent breakage?

We use custom-designed, heavy-duty shipping containers and protective inserts specifically engineered for glass bottles and cans. Our 'Arrival Guarantee' ensures that if anything arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message that we will print on a high-quality gift card and include inside the package.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if a product is defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a resolution.

Are the beers in the baskets chilled upon arrival?

Our gift baskets are shipped via standard ground or express couriers and are not refrigerated during transit. Most craft beers are shelf-stable for shipping; we recommend the recipient chills the beer upon arrival for the best tasting experience.
